- If we are able to fix it ourselves, we will provide you with a quote.
- Alternatively, we can hire a professional contractor and send you their cost estimate.
Additional Concierge services
We will accommodate concierge services requested by our customers for an additional fee, including house cleaning, housekeeping, grocery shopping, transportation services, pet services, wellness professionals, personal shopping, local tours, reservations for restaurants, massages, catering services, event coordination,etc. You will receive an estimate before the service.
Complimentary Check
In the event of a disaster, we will visit your property for a free post-storm inspection, and if any issues arise, we’ll provide you with a detailed report along with pictures. Depending on the complexity of the issues, we offer two options:
- We can handle the repairs ourselves.
- Alternatively, we can engage professional contractors and provide you with their estimates for your consideration.
