Initial Fee
Clients are required to pay a one-time start fee of $150 for a detailed property inspection. Please note that an additional distance fee may apply, depending on the location of the property.
Scheduling Inspection
Upon receiving the $150 fee, our company will contact the client to schedule the property inspection.
Estimate
After the inspection, a detailed estimate will be provided to the client.
Signed Contract
Once the contract signed, the client will provide us with access to the property (via key or security code)
Payment
For a long-term contract with a client, we will send an invoice on the first day of every month after the service has been provided.
For a short-term contract, we will send the invoice after the contract was executed in full.
